Shipping in Australia

HyperLuxe offers Free Express Shipping Australia Wide via Australia Post for orders over $150, Express Shipping for orders $150 and under for $9.95.

Please allow for 2-3 days shipping with Australia Post during the week, longer during peak periods. 

*This is based on estimated timeframes given by Australia Post. During busier periods, timing may be longer. Shipping delays by Australia Post are out of HyperLuxe's control, customers will not be compensated for delays experienced.

Parcels not picked up from the post office by the time frame outlined by Australia Post on the pick up docket, and are sent back to sender (HyperLuxe), will incur a $9.95 shipping fee to be redelivered. This includes all return to sender notifications.

Pick up in Australia

Pick Up In-Store North Beach WA, Applecross WA, Karrinyup WA- customers will be contacted when their order is ready to be picked up from the selected location 

Pick Up In-Store Dunsborough WA- due to the distance from our distribution centre to Dunsborough, please allow extra time for your store collection.  We will text you as soon as the order is ready for collection from our Dunsborough store.

Exchange Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase if you wish to exchange.  Items received outside this time period will not be accepted.

All SALE, DISCOUNT, LINGERIE and SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, HATS, SUNGLASSES, WATER BOTTLES item/s are non-refundable or exchangeable. Including items purchased through promotion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable 

Conditions of Return:

Original receipt must be obtained as proof of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn with tags attached and in its original condition and packaging.

Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.

We DO NOT offer refunds, unless item is deemed faulty, but will happily exchange the size or give a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

No refunds are issued unless items are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of 'wear and tear' are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. All returns/exchanges/refunds are subject to quality inspection by HyperLuxe Activewear management and final decisions are made at their discretion.

International Shipping

All International orders are shipping with DHL. Customers have the option of selecting Express or Standard Shipping.

Duties and taxes are applicable in some countries. HyperLuxe does not pay import taxes and duties on orders to countries other than those listed above. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Any additional charges outside of import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer

Repair, replacement or refund 

You can ask a business for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. If you have a minor problem with a product or service, the business (HyperLuxe) can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If the problem with a product or service is minor, you must accept a free repair if the business offers you one.

If you need to exchange an item follow the below steps: 

Email to have your return approved. Please include all relevant information. Fill out the returns form included in your online order packaging.

Post the package back to us at the address on the returns form with the completed returns form. Returns/exchange shipping is at the expense of customer.  

Once your return has been received, HyperLuxe will email you a store credit. The store credit can be redeemed online or in-store. The store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue. We do not offer direct exchanges, exchanges can be made by the customer with the store credit.

Stock Availability- If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel or refund the item ordered that is unavailable.

Pre-orders & Specialty items

  • Pre-orders and specialty items will not be dispatched until the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. Any orders containing non pre-order items will be only shipped upon arrival of the pre-order
  • Separate shipping can be organised by way of contacting our team and paying an additional shipping fee
  • Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative date shown on the product page - In the case of unexpected delays - we will make a strong effort to be in contact to inform you of this

Missing Parcel

HyperLuxe are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items in the post & will need to be addressed with your selected courier.
