    In part two of our two-part interview with Shelby from The Movement, we dig a little bit deeper over a post-workout juice at our favourite little cafe, Wild and Woods in Dunsborough, getting personal and asking her to share with us a list of all her fitness faves!     Could you share with us your favorite workout that can be done in a short amount of time with little or no equipment? HIIT Interval of 50 seconds with 10 seconds off. 4 rounds of each zone Zone 1: Push ups 2. Butterfly sit ups 3. Jump lunges Zone 2: Burpees 2. Air squats. 3. Commandos Zone 3: Bear crawls 2. Wall sit 3. Spiderman crunches You’re so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of WA, where’s your favourite place to work out outdoors? The BEACH !!! Head down to Eagle Bay or Meelup, there is plenty of space to workout and you can jump in the water when you are finished.     What are your favourite go-to outfits when you’re working out?
