    We’ve been noticing 90s nostalgia in a lot of styling recently and we aren’t mad about it! In fact, in the new world order we find ourselves opting for slightly elevated knock-about-the-house outfits almost everyday.     In part two of our two-part interview with Shelby from The Movement, we dig a little bit deeper over a post-workout juice at our favourite little cafe, Wild and Woods in Dunsborough, getting personal and asking her to share with us a list of all her fitness faves!     Could you share with us your favorite workout that can be done in a short amount of time with little or no equipment?     In part one of our two-part interview, our very own Hyperluxe babe Leia caught up with personal trainer extraordinaire, Shelby, from The Movement, to get the scoop about what The Movement is all about and for her to share her hot tips for staying healthy and fit over summer!
