For those of you who haven't jumped on the bandwagon yet; P.E Nation is an Australian activewear brand co-founded by long term friends and Sydney it girls, Pip Edwards and Claire Tregoning, who make gym-wear so cool it would be a crime not to wear it outside the gym!
The P.E Nation philosophy is all about quality design and construction, while still offering serious fashion cred and being comfortable and functional. Their pieces are designed to take you to from the studio to the street - can’t ask for much more than that!

P.E Nation started out as multi-tasking performance wear for women, but the label is really a nostalgic nod to physical education, encapsulating the tomboy attitude of designer and all round cool chick, Pip.
Originally just for women, the designs always had a masculine edge, meaning it was only fitting that they expanded into menswear and we’re thrilled that HyperLuxe is the exclusive stockist for Western Australia.
Edwards, who previously worked at sass & bide, Ksubi and General Pants Co, said in an interview recently that,“We never intended for P.E Nation to only be for women,” she told Internet Retailing. “It’s a tomboy-ish brand with roots anchored in menswear.
“The desire to deliver to men what we deliver to women – effortless, comfortable, functional, everyday wear.”

Since its launch in 2016, the brand's range of street-meets-sportswear has expanded to include technical activewear, retro-inspired streetwear, footwear, and accessories. In addition to menswear, 2018 has seen the introduction of new boxing, yoga, swim, and denim capsules, with many international collaborations in the pipeline for the brand.
We asked Perth’s ‘fitness it boy’ (our term not his!) David Gardiner to test out the gear during his morning workout.
“I’m a huge fan of P.E Nation as it has some dope gear that takes you from the gym to whatever life throws at you. Also, I’m a large lad, and because it’s not skin tight like most gym gear, it’s super comfortable to wear all the time!”
